SiteCalc ("the App") is a construction calculator for iPhone and iPad, developed by Mobile Card Games & Travel Apps LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles, how it is used, and how your privacy is protected.
SiteCalc is designed to work without collecting personal data. The App handles:
The App does not require an account, and it does not collect your name, email address, location, photos, or contacts. It contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and shows no ads. It does not track you across apps or websites and does not request the tracking (ATT) permission.
Every calculation runs on your device. The App does not send your measurements, results, jobs, or prices to us or to anyone else, and it keeps working with no internet connection. The only network traffic the App generates is purchase verification (see section 3) and Apple's own iCloud key-value sync of the two settings described above.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
Your calculations and jobs exist only on your device. Purchase verification with Apple and RevenueCat and iCloud sync use encrypted HTTPS connections. There is no developer server holding your data.
You have the right to:
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you rights over your personal data, including the rights to know, access, correct, and delete it. Because we do not hold your data on servers we operate, there is typically nothing for us to access or delete on request — deleting the App deletes your data. Where a third-party service described above processes data, or you have emailed us, you may contact us at the address below to exercise your rights, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. In some regions, including the European Union, a higher minimum age applies to consent for data processing; the same statement applies there — we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the applicable age.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting user data on any system we operate, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
